SHOP POLICIES  

We accept Paypal, Credit Cards, and Etsy Gift Cards. If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase, the order will be cancelled unless other arrangements are made.   If you'd like to add one of these options to your purchase, please contact us. We ship two days a week.

ORDERS

Because items are handmade, some slight variations may occur from those pictured. However, we try our best to provide consistency and quality in all our work. On rare occasions, some materials used to create our products may no longer be available from our suppliers. If this occurs, we will work with you to find a material that can be substituted without compromising quality.

***When purchasing headbands, the size options listed represent the size of the child/adult's head, not the size the elastic is cut to. To ensure a proper fit, you may also include your exact head measurements as some children have large or small heads. The sizes given are averages for the age ranges. 
We love working with customers to create custom pieces, so if you are looking for something and don't see it in our shop, please convo us so we can work with you to make your vision come to life.

SHIPPING

We ship two days a week.

When purchasing, please be sure that your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for items lost or returned due to a bad address. We are happy to resend returned items but you may be responsible for covering shipping charges. In certain circumstances, orders can take up to 10 business days to be shipped. 
INTERNATIONAL Customers: We are happy to ship to international addresses. Please be sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate as we are unable to determine if anything is missing. We ship USPS unless other arrangements are made. The buyer assumes all responsibility for lost packages. Purchase at your own risk. When items are shipped USPS, tracking information is only available to the US port. We are happy to ship UPS, USPS Express International or Certified Mail at the customer's expense. All customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING

We always hope that you are satisfied with our pieces, but if at any time you aren’t, you can always return them for store credit. This applies to regular-priced items only.

All SALE, WHOLESALE/BULK  ITEMS are FINAL SALES with no exchanges or returns. We DO NOT offer full cash refunds on any purchase. Once an order is placed, all sales are final, including items purchased at any show. If you have any questions on our prices, please contact us prior to ordering.
